The Bentleigh Property Management group provides fulltime building management services to ensure the safe and efficient management of the building. The Building Manager serves as an agent of the Owners Corporation and oversees all operational aspects of the building and the effective management of facilities for the benefit of owners and residents.

The essential aims of management are to create a safe and pleasant place in which to live and to enhance the value of properties in the building.

The office is open:
Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Saturday from 9 am to 12 noon.

Photocopying & Faxing Services

A photocopying and fax service is available from the Building Manager’s Office. A fee of 50 cents per page for photocopies and 50 cents per page for domestic faxes and $2 per page for internation faxes applies.
 

Booking The Lifts

Removal activities are permitted between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday and 9am and 12 noon on Saturday. All such activities must be booked in advance through management or security so that protective coverings can be placed in the lift. A non-refundable bond of $100 is required for the use of the lifts outside these hours. 
 

Deliveries

Any deliveries of large items that will interfere with the normal operation of the lifts, must be booked through Building Management. They will be happy to help you, but you must give them as much notice as possible. If you would like Building Management to take delivery of a parcel or item for you (30cm x 30cm x 20cm max), please let them know at least 24 hours in advance. All care will be taken, but the Bentleight Property Management Group cannot be responsible for any loss or damages.
