Completed in 2000, The Bentleigh has 202 apartments, 38 commercial offices and approximately 500 residents. The building boasts a gym, swimming pool, spa, sauna and games room which includes a pool table and table tennis table. The facilities are open from 6 am to 10 pm daily. The pro-active Executive Committee employs a full time building manager and security guards patrol the building from 5 pm to 7 am.
